These General Conditions define the conditions of use of the website by potential visitors or customers. By accessing and browsing this site, you accept the terms of use described below.

Ted Best Consulting SRL (hereinafter Ted Best Consulting), will not transfer title to the software applications.

All information or products contained in this website are the property of Ted Best Consulting, which reserves the right to change the content and/or structure of the website at any time and without prior notice.

The entire content of is protected by copyright law, all rights reserved. All rights to the pages, content and presentation of the site are owned by Ted Best Consulting. It is prohibited to copy, modify, display, distribute, transmit, publish, sell, license, create derivative materials or use the content of the site for any purpose without written confirmation from Ted Best Consulting.

Access to and use of is free of charge and is intended to help users find the information they need in the easiest and fastest way possible, according to their needs.

Ted Best Consulting cannot guarantee that these pages are error-free, and will use its best endeavours to provide accurate information and correct any errors.

Any person wishing to purchase one of the products presented on the site is requested to contact Ted Best Consulting by one of the means displayed on the Contact page of the site, in order to be informed about the availability of the product in question as well as the contractual conditions, prices and technical or other information.

Delivery and payment


We deliver to Romania and to any country in the European Union. We offer delivery free delivery, in Romania, for orders of at least 390 lei.

The cost of parcel delivery in Romania for orders under 99 lei is 21 Lei, and for orders over 99 lei but under 390 lei, it is 16 Lei.

We deliver in SameDay’s EasyBox lockers. The cost of delivery of parcels in EasyBox lockers in Romania is 11 Lei. After delivery of the parcel in the EasyBox locker, you will receive an email with the details for picking up the parcel. From then on you can pick up your parcel anytime within approximately 36 hours.

Delivery of products in stock is made within 1-3 working days after order confirmation. For products that are not in stock, we will notify you by email or phone when your order can be delivered.

Delivery of products from supplier stock is made within 2-5 working days after order confirmation. For products that are not in stock, we will notify you by email or phone when your order can be delivered.

Product delivery, in other countries other than Romania, is done in 4-7working days from order confirmation. For products that are not in stock, we will notify you by email or phone when your order can be delivered.

Any problems with the integrity/content of a parcel are reported at the time of delivery on the AWB or a report is made, the parcel is refused and payment is made.

Any subsequent claims regarding these matters are null and void.

Payment methods

There are 3 payment methods available:

  • Reimbursement
  • Online payment by Card
  • Payment by bank transfer (payment order)

1. Reimbursement:

Payment can be made in cash when the courier delivers the ordered goods. The amount of the refund will be indicated on the invoice accompanying the goods and will be the same as the amount communicated when the order was placed.

2. Online payment by Card:

Cards accepted are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD.

No additional transaction fees are charged.

Transactions are made in lei, at your bank’s exchange rate regardless of the currency you have in your account.

We do not ask for and/or store any of your card details. The processing of card data is done through the

Order cancellation

You placed an order and the products have not yet been delivered.

You can cancel the order from your customer account Order list, by pressing the “Cancel” button to the right of the order or if the order was placed without being logged into the client account by notifying Ted Best Consulting in writing by filling in CANCELLATION FORM or by sending an email request to [email protected] on the decision to abandon the pre-ordered products, without having to give a specific reason.

If the goods are in the process of being delivered, the parcel must be refused on receipt.

If payment for the order has already been made, Ted Best Consulting is obliged to return the products within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products (if the products are in the process of being delivered).

Return conditions

Right of withdrawal and exemptions provided by law

The right of return applies only to products pre-ordered and paid for via the website


“The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he withdraws from the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product or, in the case of services, of the conclusion of the contract”.

As such, the consumer has the right to notify Ted Best Consulting in writing within 14 calendar days of receipt of pre-ordered and paid for products via the website by completing RETURN FORM or by sending an email request to [email protected] on his decision to give up the pre-ordered products, without having to give a specific reason. Ted Best Consulting is obliged to return the products within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned products.

The return costs will be borne by customer. The shipping fee for the return of the parcel is 21 Lei.

We will make this refund by bank transfer (the buyer must specify an IBAN account in RON, composed of 24 characters).

*The consumer may not unilaterally terminate, under the terms of Article 16 (d), (e), (f) of GEO 34/2014, contracts for the supply of products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which may degrade or deteriorate rapidly, namely: baby food (milk, purees, juices, etc.), intimate hygiene products (creams, shampoos, etc.).) and products that come into contact with mucous membranes/skin (e.g. breast pumps, nipple shields, bottles, soothers, teats, teething toys, disposable panties, bras, bras, rectal thermometers, nebulisers, nasal aspirators, postnatal belts, nappies, etc.).

Please pack the returned products carefully, Ted Best Consulting will not refund the value of the products if they are damaged in transit. Returned products should preferably be returned in their original packaging.

GDPR Privacy Policy

The following rules set out the privacy and security policy for the data processed by, in particular personal data according to European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR). This policy explains how we,, as the operator, use any personal information you may provide to us while using the site or placing an order online.

     Personal information means any type of information that identifies you personally (e.g. your name, address or email).

     The information provided when you register is used to allow you to access certain parts of the website such as the reuse of already saved addresses, the ability to see the history of previous orders, the ability to receive promotional coupons based on orders already placed and of course the issuance of tax or shipping documents following the sale of products or services.

What data do we process?

       Ted Best Consulting, the company that owns the website, is the sole owner of the information collected on this site and the only one who operates this data. 

       We will not sell, rent or distribute the information to anyone. We collect information from customers in order to fulfill orders and to better serve our customers with complete information on the status of orders or delivery. The collected information is also used for the preparation of legal and mandatory documents in relation to state institutions. The minimum mandatory information collected includes: name and surname, delivery address, billing address, telephone numbers and e-mail address. Bank card information will not be collected or saved by our website. 

       The data mentioned above is transmitted for the purpose of informing you and processing your orders to courier companies, payment processors, email marketing company and affiliate marketing companies, all as processors, however we have signed and active contracts ensuring the confidentiality and security of your data. 

How do we collect your personal data?

       Your personal data is requested in the process of placing orders on our website, but not before obtaining your freely expressed consent to the collection and processing of this data. Thus before you complete an order we will explicitly request your consent to process this data and provide you with the link to additional information that will help you understand the purpose, duration and your rights as a customer. 

To whom do we communicate your personal data?

       Your personal data are communicated first of all to the state institutions with the issue of the fiscal invoices accompanying the products sold. Also your name and email address are used in communication with you for information and marketing purposes by the email marketing company. Your name, address and telephone number are transmitted to courier companies for the delivery of products. In order to inform you as accurately as possible and depending on your interest in our website, information about your browsing history is transmitted to marketing and affiliate marketing companies and personal cookie files are placed for this purpose. 

How long do we keep your personal data?

       Your personal data is kept for a maximum period of time that is required by law or that we need for the duration of our collaboration. Thus personal data requested when placing orders and preparing invoices will be kept for 5 years, as required by law at this time. Email addresses and personal accounts will be kept as long as their deletion is not requested, but there are internal procedures that provide for the deletion of email addresses for inactive accounts and stop sending newsletters to them in case of inactivity. Also the data collected by cookies for customer profiling have maximum retention periods contractually agreed with each processor and will be deleted as soon as they are no longer used. 

What are your rights and how can they be exercised?

       We guarantee the respect of your rights and we list below the most important of them, without limiting ourselves to them and expressing our openness to solve any shortcoming that may affect your rights regarding personal data:

Right to information ” you can request information at any time regarding the processing activities of your personal data;

Right of access to data – any request in this regard can be made by email at contact [at]

The right to rectification ” you can request free of charge the rectification of personal data considered to be incorrect or incomplete;

The right to erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”) ” you can request the deletion of personal data at any time, as long as it is not required by law

Right to restriction of processing – you can request restriction of processing if you consider the data to be incorrect or inaccurate

Right to object ” you can object to data processing based on our legitimate interest

The right to data portability – you can receive the personal data you have provided to us or request that the data be transferred to another controller or processor.

The right to withdraw consent ” a previously given consent can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent will only have effect for the future, processing prior to withdrawal will remain valid.

Additional rights related to automated decisions – you can request and obtain human intervention in relation to that processing, express your own views on it and challenge the decision

The right to lodge a complaint – you can lodge a complaint against the processing of personal data with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing
